be the case. >> not true. >> it's bad pr for the obama administration. unfortunately that is how they sold healthcare reform. i think a lot of people would agree that the administration didn't do a good job selling it. the fact remains that insurance companies discontinue plans all the time. >> they did it before healthcare reform and they are doing it more now because a lot of plans wouldn't qualify under the new protections that everybody is pieced to have. the concept of canceling insurance and raising premiums and discontinuing policies is not nothing new. that is one of the argument being made. this is what the president had too say today. >> now if you had one of these sub standard planks before the affordable care ablghtd became law and you really like that plan, you are able to keep it. that is what i said. when i was running for office. that was part of the promise we made. if insurers decided to downgrade or cancel these sub standard plans, what we said under the law is that you have to replace them with quality comprehensive coverage. so if you are getting one of these lergs, ju
